Raw material check

Incoming ingredients are checked against specification and supplier certificates before use.

In-process controls

Weight, hardness and uniformity are monitored during production.

Finished product testing

Each batch is tested in the laboratory for content, purity and microbiology.

Batch release

Only batches that meet every specification are released, with a certificate of analysis.

Retained samples

Reference samples of each batch are kept for traceability and stability checks.
